Maturing culture which is implanted to the surface of the cheese by developing a light smear. The MIC 2 addition will dry out the surface of the cheese and limit the presence of the fault. Beige orange color. Technology: for soft pastry with bloomy rind, for soft and pressed pastry with crust. Recommended dose: 1-6 doses per 1 000 liters of milk. Pack of 10 doses.
